Drawing inspiration from traditional quotidian practices, this pair of tables has been inspired by the patterns of Kolam designs. Perforated and punched patterns made by hand appear on the surface of the tables reflecting the perfectly aligned dots applied on freshly washed earth by the women of the house. Subtly infusing the traditional with modern aesthetics, the tables are made out spun brass and have been polished to provide a glossy finish.
